Midibox SID V2

October 27, 2009

Instructable – Arduino Prototyping Shield on the cheap

March 23, 2009

Breadboards are very handy, but sometimes I just want to connect one IC or some LEDs and resistors to the controller.

My simple solution was to canibalize a cheap Breadboard to get two expandable PrototypingShields with some additional features.

Arduino Gesture Recognition with Acc

December 6, 2008

The last weeks I built a device which measures the acceleration and analyses if there was a specific gesture.
The 3-axis accelerometer LIS3LV02DQ is connected to the Arduino via I2C.
I plotted several 10.000 values to get the information out of a smooth handshake.
After a digital little low-pass filter the values look good and fast enough.
In a little loop I interpret if there was a special move.
That’s it.
RF-sockets controlled by gestures.
As a test I connected the hacked RF-remote to the controller to see if the logic voltage is enough for the remote.–> It is.
